Welcome to Living My Faith, a weekly show that celebrates the everyday believers who are walking with Jesus not just on Sundays, but in every area of their lives. From relationships and parenting to health, habits, and home, our guests share how they keep their faith at the center of it all. Hosted in Jacksonville, Florida and supported by Christ-centered partners, Living My Faith is a space where real life meets real faith. Today our host, Morgan Allen, spoke with Adam Jarosz.

Short Company Description:
Forming productive and faithful leaders through transformative coaching, courageous action, and radical hospitality.
Can you share a moment or experience that significantly deepened or shaped your faith journey?
I have had my faith journey marked with moments where the Lord was just asking me to say “yes”, pivotal times where Jesus began the next level of growth in my Vocation and labor to Him. An early lesson in this was moving to Miami for culinary school to be with my girlfriend at the time, who had moved to Florida. I had the girl of my dreams, with the career of my dreams, in the city of my dreams – all thing I achieved. I never stopped to ask if this is what the Lord wanted for me let alone say thank you. One moment before classes got underway, I was sitting in my apartment overlooking this lagoon, and something felt off. Maybe it was being homesick but I think it was much more than that. Something was missing, so realizing I didn’t carry God in my decisions, I offered it all up that night. “Lord if this is what you want, thank you. If it’s not, take it away and put me where you want me.” Over the next couple days, I lost the school and the girl. Devastated, but I knew that our Lord was at work to form me. All I could say is “yes, Lord”.
In what ways do you actively live out your faith in your daily life — at work, home, or in your community?
Our faith starts at home as we’re raising four kids, that’s our greatest call. Our Sunday’s drive our week as we go to Mass as a family. We pray as a family during the day. Freshly off of Advent and Christmas, we take advantage of reading through scriptural reflections with the kids at meal and bedtime. I’ve built time in my work schedule to visit the chapel and go to daily Mass during the week. My work consists of serving productive and faithful leaders through coaching, content, and experiences. The Kingdom is in dire need of workers in the vineyard. I’m here to support and build them.
What encouragement or scripture has been especially meaningful to you in this season, and why?
Psalm Chapter 1 has been a theme I’ve been reflecting on in this season of entrepreneurship – that the righteous man will prosper in what he does and the cost of evil is spiritual failure. It tells the tale of the two options I have in front of me and is a constant reminder to pursue our Lord’s mercy when I fail and to be the man I was created for with humility.
