“Seniors On A Mission” showcases leaders who are going the extra mile each and every day. Each of the people we interview is on a mission to serve, inspire and educate. Our hosts highlight their impact and explore what motivates, engages and fulfills individuals and teams to be more productive, more effective, better at what they do, and happier to do it. Today our hosts, Morgan Allen and Adrienne Talbert talk with Dana Roberson.

What was the biggest obstacle you had to overcome in your business?

Being new had had its challenges because I’m trying to get my name out.

Tell me a time you failed forward and what you learned from the experience

I have been living sober from alcohol for over 10 years so I know a little about falling forward.

What are your biggest obstacles and barriers to success?

The biggest obstacles to success for me start in my own mind. I work hard to practice shifting my thoughts up and out, meaning I purposely keep my thoughts positive. My faith in God keeps me going.
