How did you get started in your field of work?
I believe I started when I was just a child caring about the success of others. I have worked in non-profits, healthcare, insurance, and ministry and over the years I’ve seen so many things that people are challenged with. I have immersed myself in the commodity of people through serving and volunteering throughout my life.
What was the most impactful moment of your transition out of the military?
Knowing the extraordinary leadership skills learned in the military are truly valuable and needed in the marketplace.
