This year we have taken a new approach and began performing additional services during the winter to include covering exterior faucets, cleaning gutters, and trimming bushes away from the house. This has resulted in a net increase in customers thus far.
What do you see as the biggest challenge facing your sector right now? Industry consolidation with Private Equity beginning to enter the home inspection space along with incorporating AI into all aspects of the business.
