What differentiates you from the competition?We offer some of the smallest vascular access devices that offer high performance and safety in the industry. We also offer peritoneal and pleural drainage systems, cardiovascular devices, surgical mesh, etc; all designed for optimal patient outcomes
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?Pleural and peritoneal drainage systems, PICCs, Midlines and Ports, Interventional devices such as snares. Surgical mesh. Online clinical education.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?PFM Medical offers industry leading medical devices in a multitude of clinical areas, and we pride ourselves on being able to deliver when our customers need us. We are small, nimble, and wholly focused on exceeding our customers and patients needs.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Clarifying messaging that supports the economic advantages that using our devices can offer our customers. Budgets are ever-tightening, so we need to make sure our brand is associated with being a “problem solver” to key stakeholders/decision makers.
