If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Open Adoption is not easy but it is important for the child's identity. If an adopted child knows and can connect with members of their biological family, it helps them grow up whole.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Completing a successful book launch that reaches my target audience of adoption professionals and new and waiting adoptive parents.
