I define success as making continuous progress in advocating for health and wellness for the community around me and teaching myself and others how to both reach personal goals and improve on making meaningful contributions.

It is never too late to turn things around!
What strategies do you use to improve your performance?
Feedback from my team and clientele is a key driver of improving performance. Industry best practices and learning from fellow franchise owners has also helped me be a better leader.
Can You Discuss a Time When You Had to Work with a Team to Achieve a Goal?
We work as a team everyday in the spa. When we initially opened, our goal was to advocate for our business and gain presence in the community. As a team, we worked together to play multiple roles from running an operating spa, marketing locally to building partnerships with other local businesses in the area.
