If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?

What differentiates you from the competition?
We hire mature caregivers — often seniors themselves — so clients get a trusted peer, not a stranger. Locally owned and hands-on, we lead with trust and verify everything behind it: references, always.
Tell me a time you failed forward and what you learned from the experience
Early on, we hired a caregiver in a hurry without checking her references. We’re trusting people by nature — we took her at her word, the same way our clients trust us in their homes. Within weeks she was let go for repeated lateness and no-shows, and a client felt the impact. It stung, but it changed how we hire forever: we still lead with trust, but now we verify it — references are checked before any offer, no exceptions. That one mistake made every hire after it better.
What are your biggest obstacles and barriers to success?
Being able continue to move forward and push through after facing failure. Never giving up when things are really tough.
What is the proudest moment of your leadership career?
When someone told me that you have a great agency, you gave me back my relationship with my mom, I am her daughter again. I don’t have to be a caregiver too.
