Short company description:

Anne Wooten is a Kingdom Christian Life Coach, published author, and musician who helps Christian women break free from fear, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion so they can rediscover their identity in Christ and live with peace, purpose, and daily freedom. Through her Inner Critic Reset and signature 5F coaching framework, Anne guides women from feeling defeated and spiritually stuck to walking confidently in faith one surrendered day at a time.

What do you consider to be your greatest accomplishment?

My greatest accomplishment has been saying yes to God when He called me to step away from the security of Corporate America and trust Him with the unknown. Leaving a long career in accounting without having all the answers was one of the hardest decisions of my life, but it taught me that obedience comes before clarity God often asks for our yes first, and the direction unfolds later.

Equally and even more meaningful is seeing the transformation in the women I serve. Watching someone go from feeling defeated, stuck, and weighed down by fear to living with fervent faith, renewed confidence, and genuine joy is the true reward. When I see that smile return to her face and sometimes even a song in her heart, I know that is what it is all about: helping one woman step fully into the freedom and purpose God created her for.

What’s The Biggest Challenge you are facing in your business or industry?

The biggest challenge I face is helping women move beyond surface-level faith and into true transformation. Many Christian women know Scripture and love God, but they still feel stuck in fear, people-pleasing, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. They often believe they should be able to “fix it” on their own, which keeps them from seeking support and walking through the deeper healing process. My work is helping them understand that freedom doesn’t come from striving harder, it comes from surrender, truth, and allowing God to rebuild their identity from the inside out.

How do you see your field evolving in the next 3-5 years

I see Kingdom Christian Life Coaching continuing to grow as more people realize they need more than motivation; they need true transformation. In the next 3–5 years, I believe there will be a greater demand for faith-based coaching that helps people heal emotionally, renew their minds, and reconnect with God in a deeper way. Many women are navigating major life transitions, identity shifts, and spiritual exhaustion, and they’re looking for safe, Spirit-led guidance, not just more information. I believe the field will continue moving toward deeper healing, biblical truth, and practical tools that help people walk in freedom, purpose, and daily faith. Ultimately, the goal is not just personal breakthrough, but empowering women to serve boldly in their homes, workplaces, and communities creating a ripple effect that furthers God’s Kingdom far beyond themselves.

Who in your industry do you see as a trend setter and why

In my industry, I see Coach Francine Ivey of Consumed Coaching, LLC in Dallas, Texas as a true trendsetter. She is the coach who certified me as a Christian Life Coach, and what sets her apart is her unapologetically faith-based, Kingdom-focused approach to coaching and business. She leads with bold faith, biblical truth, and a deep heart for Jesus Christ, while also building a business that creates real transformation in people’s lives. Her story of resilience and obedience is incredibly inspiring, and she reminds others that success is not just about strategy; it’s about surrender, service, and allowing God to lead the way.
